Rich was on time, talked to us about how he should bring his equipment in so that he didn't drag anything extra into the house (dirt, etc.). I opened up the garage and had him bring everything in through the side door. He asked me prior to starting the work to refresh his memory on what had to be done (it had been over a month since I originally had him out for an estimate due to the new counter tops not arriving in a timely manner.) I walked him through the project and he got started. He moved the three cabinets that needed to be moved, then installed the new one. He asked throughout this process my opinion to make sure he was getting the cabinets where I wanted them. He then reconstructed the cabinet for the dishwasher. Rich needed some wood brace pieces and was able to use wood that I had in the garage along with part of the original cabinet which kept my cost down as well as the length of time the job took. He then cleaned up after himself. He was very respectful and careful that nothing was damaged. Rich told me that he would have taken the balance of the counter tops off, but there is no water shut off under the sink and it would mean shutting water off to the whole house and capping the lines until the plumber comes to do his part. My original estimate was verbal and the bill was what I was quoted. I found him to be trustworthy and I will hire him when I need something else done.

He came to our home and gave us a free price estimate, along with some good suggestions for the project. He then brought in a plumber and dry waller to give free estimates. He then sent me an official proposal for a very good price (less than 2/3 the price of the big box stores). He coordinated the entire project and was here every day until done. We even hired him, additionally, to paint the bathroom when done (his price was again right and the painting and clean-up were just as immaculate as the shower renovation). He is by far the neatest, cleanest contractor we have ever had in our home. He even cleaned-up after the others. Another thing I really liked was that he was trustworthy. I left the home each day and he not only watched over things, but he even let the dog in and out. In the final analysis, we have a gorgeous new custom shower and master bathroom of which to be extremely proud.

These projects were done over a several year period. I was very pleased with the outcome of each project. They were all done with great efficiency and the quality of the work was excellent. The gentleman cleans up after himself after every project, which I greatly appreciated, he is also a very nice and respectful person. I trusted him in my home.

The contractor was nice and easy to work with. He came up with some ideas that improved the look of the basement.
He was detailed in his work, and all was finished out nicely.
He also cleaned up the area every day before departure, and was tidy and respectful of our property.
We felt comfortable leaving him to work on his own.
