Everything went well. They delivery men were very nice and I didn't have a problem with them. They put everything where I asked them to.

The first problem involves the kitchen cabinets, which we had to pay in full. We gave them $10,000. They were ordered in September and were to be delivered in October and they have yet to be delivered. My contractor has been in contact with them for 3 weeks. My contractor started to gut the kitchen after they said the cabinets would be in. The cabinets never arrived. We called to track the products, and they haven't been shipped and they give different ship dates each time. Now our kitchen is gutted with no cabinets. The manager, Rudy, offered to send a truck to Michigan to bring the cabinets to my home in Indiana, but the corporate office will not allow this. Home Depot asked the contractor to drive to Michigan to get the cabinets to our home. We do not want him to do this, as it is not his job. We spent an entire day talking to their customer service representatives, both myself and the contractor. The only thing they offered was a $150 in-store credit. We now have to purchase all of the products for our kitchen. I have talked to 4 resolution specialist and they have said it takes 24 hours to get back with you, which they do not, and I find this unacceptable. I am going in a complete circle with them. Now they are saying they will deliver by Wednesday. I have nothing in kitchen, and the workers are just sitting here. Their customer service has been no help. My second issue involves my basement. We put in a whole new floor. We were told that the product we picked was the best on the market. The Allure floor was the best because it helps with moisture. The floor is now coming up, and our contractor contacted Home Depot to make the case. It has been 2 months and they have done nothing. Now not only do I have a gutted kitchen but now my basement is ruined with no floor. My basement has to be torn up. They will not give compensation to re-do the floor.

I was not very pleased with the contractor they sent out to install this for me. They attempted to sell me on the idea that the flexible piping I had in the basement wasn't "up to union code" and I knew this wasn't the case because I had an engineer home inspector look over everything not a week before. They wanted to charge me 900 dollars to replace this piping so I told them to go home with their unit. They looked shocked and retracted their earlier statement installing the new unit with the piping I had. For personal reasons I do not wish to put down the price I paid at this time.

I feel that the delivery was on time and the men were very nice. I wish that they would have brought everything together because I wouldn't have had to be home two different days, but at least they did not charge me.

AS FAR AS I CAN TELL, THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THE CARPET DOESN'T FOLD ANYWHERE OR WRINKLE UP. THE PEOPLE WERE JUST EXCELLENT. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND COURTEOUS. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS.

THE ESTIMATE THEY GAVE ME WAS VERY REASONABLE AND IT WAS WHAT I ENDED UP PAYING WHEN THEY WERE DONE. THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY. I WOULD REFER THIS COMPANY.
