I just have to say Lisa in there office was awesome she answered all my questions and went out of her way to help I did not get charged for any thing and that is because they new my brand of fridge (Samsung)so well and the issues they have and new just by how I described the problem I was having and buy the service bulletins that are out on my fridge . Unfortunately Samsung would not take responsibility for there horrible product . And because of what it was going to cost to fix I have decided to just buy a new fridge. But I will use this company in the future if I ever need a repair they were just had that great of customer service . Thanks so much for being honest

The service was fine and my dryer has been working great now.

The only thing I was disappointed with was that I could not get anyone to my house for about 2wks.

The serviceman was professional and even gave us a couple pointers on things he noticed while servicing the dryer.

Good experience except for the wait to get service.

Quite disappointing, repair man came out and looked at our Bosch dishwasher. The drain pump kept running even though there was no water in the unit. This person said that the problem was that our drain pipe was not configured properly and water was backing up. This made no sense, the unit has been running fine for over three years and now the drain pipe was not working?!? I said let me think on this. I called Hiscox back and asked for another service person but was told this person is assigned to our area. Called another repair shop and determined that the problem was some water got caught in a small area, caused by the spray arm being caught on a large pot. By now that water had evaporated and this second shop suggested that I try running it, sure enough worked perfectly. I know Hiscox had a good reputation but I was looking at a $200-$300 repair from them when it was only a stuck spray arm :-[

A few days after my initial call, the technician arrived at the house as scheduled. He determined the control panel needed to be replaced and said it would take a few days for the part to come in. The part arrived about a week later and Hiscox called to schedule the installation. They were very busy with A/C installations and had to schedule the installation out one week. This was extremely frustrating as I don't understand why we couldn't have scheduled the installation when the part was ordered. Going for 2+ weeks in a house with 4 young children is not an easy thing. The technician arrived at the scheduled time and quickly replaced the control panel and all is well.
They charge $125 flat rate for labor, regardless of the problem. The control panel was another $117.

Hiscox is always extremely prompt, courteous and affordable. They've always fixed the problem on the first visit and have also come by to give us estimates on other work. Will definitely call them next time something breaks!

This was the second repairman (the 1st from another company) and he diagnosed the problem right away. The other repairman told us to buy a new refrigerator when this one is only 4 years old! Hiscox repairman could not have been any better.

I REALLY CAN'T SAY ANYTHING BAD ABOUT THIS BUSINESS, AS I REALLY DO NOT THINK THAT THE PROBLEMS WERE REALLY THEIR FAULT. THEY HAD A REALLY HARD TIME FIGURING OUT WHAT WAS WRONG AND FIXING IT, BUT I THINK THAT IT WAS A FACTORY DEFECT.

WE HAVE ALWAYS PURCHASED MAYTAG APPLIANCES THROUGH THEM, AND THEY STAND BEHIND EVERYTHING THAT THEY SELL. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO CALL THEM FOR ANY REPAIRS THAT NEED TO BE DONE.
