Very responsive and excellent price. The people working the front desk did a great job although I question whether they are on a sales commission as they always try and get you to replace everything under the hood. Recommend just getting the work you went in for done.

I always use them for oil changes but the customer service is always average. They have friendly folks when I come in the door. Sometimes, I had to wait for a while. I would use them in the future.

The service dealt initially with my daughter, a Valparaiso College Student. She is a novice at mechanical problems. They did a diagnostic inspection and concluded the car needed $2800.00 worth of repairs. Their estimate stated that the intake manifold gasket needed to be replaced and was leaking. They stated all four tie rods needed to be replaced along with the front struts and springs. Horns needed to be replaced (initial cause of seeking a mechanic). When I was contacted by the repair facility I told them not to do any work and my daughter would pick up the car. I took the car to a repair shop I use often (far away from the College). They concluded there was no leak with the intake manifold gasket. A by pass hose was leaking and the cost of repair was $50. They stated only one tie rod was bad not four. They did not see anything wrong with the struts or springs. They did repair the horns. Total cost was $776.95. In my opinion, Heinold and Feller padded the estimate to show unnecessary repairs and run up the bill. They were taking advantage of a female College Student, a novice at dealing with car repairs.
