I don't have a problem with the appliances but I don't like their delivery people. They did not know how to take and install the products. They refused to take them the way we asked them to. They refused to listen to anything I had to say. I would rather pay for deliver and have it done right. They aren't very courteous to the customers. I had to have someone come out after the delivery because they did not do everything for the installation. They are in a hurry to leave and wouldn't do anything I asked. I don't have confidence in them. The Sear's store is great but the delivery is not professional.

THEY ARE VERY PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL. WE LIKED THE FACT THAT THEY CAME OUT TO THE HOUSE THE SAME DAY WE CALLED, AND WERE BACK THE NEXT DAY WITH THE PART.

THEY WERE JUST FINE. EVERYTHING THEY DID WAS GOOD. THE HEATER AND A/C UNITS HAVE ALWAYS WORKED WITH NO PROBLEMS. THEY WERE HERE ON TIME AND THEY WERE VERY PROMPT. THEY WERE NICE PEOPLE.
