Description of Work: They sold me a certified pre-owned SUV and provided service. | |The sales department provided high pressure sales and all the underhanded wheeling and dealing expected at a less than reputable used car lot. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle here again. The vehicle I purchased was back at the lot for service almost immediately after I purchased it and has been in and out ever since. | |On the other hand, I've gotten to know the service department and have to say they are top notch/second to none. They are knowledgeable, honest, and surprisingly reasonable in price. I highly recommend them and they are the only reason Griegers continues to get my business. | |If I were to rate the service department alone they would get a solid A. Sales however would be an F.

 + -1 moreGrieger's Motor Sales, Inc. is really good about getting me in with an appointment when I want to get in. I don't have to wait very long. I've been satisfied with their work. I feel comfortable talking with them. If they find something else wrong, they'll talk to me about it and explain what it is. They're very professional about that. They don't make me feel uncomfortable because I'm a woman. They're pretty good.
