Overall it was OK......I wouldnt hire again.

We bought a bunch of evergreens from them and had them installed, last fall. They came and installed when said they would. It was a good price. They did not make it clear what their warranty was...leaving it pretty vague, but giving us the impression that there was a warranty. Some of the trees started to die. When we called, they told us to water them more, which we did, and not to worry about them, and that they usually get a little brown. Some trees started to lean and continued to get brown. We tried to call them to question about the browning of the trees and see if they could fix the leaning of the trees, but they stopped answering the phone calls. A year later, the trees still have some brown areas, and we had to cut down part of one tree that was turning more brown than others. We hope they will survive, but since they never returned our phone calls, we have to just cross our fingers and hope they will survive and grow. Ignoring phone calls of customers is just not a proper way to handle customers.
