THEY DID NOT DO A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY DON'T TELL THE CUSTOMER WHAT THEY PLAN ON DOING NEXT. THEY DON'T FOLLOW DIRECTIONS AND THEY NEVER DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO DO.
