Everything went well overall, but his pricing was a little high. He wanted to go a different direction with the project that I wanted to go as far as what I wanted done.

My experience with this company was horrible from top to bottom.  They were my low bidder on window replacement for my townhome rental property.  I checked on their work the day after it was performed and found:  huge, 4 to 6 inch, gaps around the windows leaving the interior exposed to the elements; wood that was used for spacers looked like it had been ripped instead of cut; new exterior wood left unpainted; caulking on the inside that did not completely cover the seams and numerous spots on the inside that I could see daylight through, showing they did not seal the outside and did a horrible job on the inside.  After numerous phone calls I was told that it would be an EXTRA $180 to completely seal the large gaps.  I finally gave the OK for this to be done as my renters were complaining.  Two weeks later the gaps still had not been sealed, my renters were complaining that twigs from a birds nest were poking through inside, I now had two birds nests and a wasps nest in the gaps, and the company said I had to pay the total balance before they would come out and finish the job.  I was told that it would be repaired on a Wednesday, on Monday of the next week it still had not been completed.  After the job was finally finished I immediately began receiving threatening phone calls and emails that they needed payment for the job immediately or they would 'take the next appropriate steps'.  Do yourselves a favor and stay away from this company, you get what you pay for.

I'm not happy with them at all. They built the room and did the roof in 1998. They tore the old roof off, and my attic is still full of wood showered from the process. I've had subsequent roofers do minor repairs, and I've been told that some shingles weren't properly anchored. We've had nothing but horrific problems with water damage to the sunroom. I wouldn't have done the job if I had known the trouble it would cause. The outside building has had some damage done that allows water in, too. The sunroom in particular has been a real mess. I'm still trying to figure out how to fix it.

They did the work well. They did what they said they would do and they did it on time. They stuck to the price we had agreed upon.

They did everything great they were always on time, if we needed anything they were right there. They did an excellent job with our windows and even when they accidentally banged up the door, they replaced it, we never had any problems with them.

THEY WERE GOOD WITH US BUT OUR FRIENDS HIRED THEM AFTER WE DID AND SAID THAT THEY HAD A BAD ATTITUDE AND TREATED THEM RUDELY. THEY TREATED THEM LIKE IDIOTS. THEY OVERCHARGED THEM FOR THE PRICE. BECAUSE OF THAT WE WOULD NOT HIRE THEM AGAIN.

WE LIKED THEM. THEY HAD AN AVERAGE PRICE. THEY DID A QUALITY REPLACEMENT AND GOOD WORK. WE LIKED THEIR PRODUCTS. THE SERVICE WAS FRIENDLY. THEY GAVE US A GUARANTEE.
