He and his assistant were very thorough. They went through everything. We are also selling a home and the person who is buying the home is using him. As a follow up I was a little bit upset because he found a whole bunch of stuff that we were not aware of in my house. We knew then that he was very thorough because we thought we knew everything that was wrong with the house. He was really good and pointed out things that we weren't aware of or didn't know to look for. We would definitely use him again. I would recommend him to other people. I know all of the real estate agents were kind of worried about the deal when they found out that he was the one doing the inspection. To us that was even a better thing. His price was the same as everyone in the area. He even beat us getting there.
