Very professional. Quality job. Owner pointed out my generator was installed incorrectly as well. Contacted contractor and they are coming back out to correct. Needless to say, I will use D&K for all my maintenance.

The job went very well. Everything has worked perfectly for over a month now. The technician was on time, friendly, and did everything asked of him.

David is an experienced professional who provides high quality workmanship.  This is the second time that I've hired David and I am extremely happy with the quality of his work and the way that he approaches his work.  He arrived on time on the scheduled day to give me a written estimate.  Then, I was able to schedule a specific day and time with his office assistant for him to complete a variety of random things that needed to be fixed.  He showed up on time and completed the job within the estimate time and price.  I really appreciate his professional work ethic and his friendly personality.  I will definitely be hiring him again for all of my home electrical jobs.

Nick came to do this work the day after I called. He was very personable and professional. He made sure the exterior light was secure, as the stability of the previous light (installed by different company) was questionable. Did a great job. We also have had Dave do furnace/air conditioner/electrical work in the past, and have been very pleased each time. He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy.

Dave is great! We also used his services 13 years ago for work on the Casablanca and were very happy with him then, so we didn't hesitate to call him again. He's very friendly and professional and didn't even mind our nosey dog underfoot. We wouldn't hesitate to use his services again!

D and K Electric was recommended by a family friend. A serviceman came out the same day we called and identified the problem and installed the new outlet. He also explained in laymen terms what caused the problem and how it should be fixed. The cost was a lot cheaper than I expected when we had to call. Our house is old and the electrical system seems like it is not the safest. He told us what we can do to avoid an electrical fire. He was very friendly. The problem was fixed quickly, and he offered to do the other work that was discussed to update the electrical system.

Dave from D and K Electric came over to look at the problems. After about one minute he had figured out why one entire room had no electricity. He said I had just "lost the negative", showed me what was wrong and fixed it at no charge. I learned he also does heating and cooling, he put some freon in my air conditioner so it would work again. He said the rest of the work was pretty straight forward and he would send out his crew to update all my outlets. I have a 6,400 sq ft home so there were a lot of outlets. Well, what we thought would take about 3 hours to complete ended up taking a team of 3 people two days to complete. That's how screwed up my wiring was. A very competent team working for him, they would explain to me what was messed up and how they were fixing it. They fixed many electric fire hazards I didn't even know I had. Dave rolled with the punches and dispatched his team to my place for the extra time and got the job done right.

THEY FOUND THE PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY AND THEY HAD IT FIXED WITHIN TWO HOURS. THERE WERE SOME OLD WIRES, SO THEY JUST WENT AHEAD AND REPLACED THEM, WHICH WAS NICE. I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS GREAT, TOO.
