I got there at 10:40. The service rep couldn't seem to find my appt..so I gave him the confirmation #.I gave him my personal info.no service order was made for me to sign . I was going to wait on site, because from my prior experience with Ford is 90 minutes. So I went to the customer lounge and began my wait.I'm not a patient person so I looked out the window for the first time at 11a.m to see if my car had been moved into the garage. It had not moved..I check every 15 minutes thereafter until 11:45. again it was sitting where I left it. I went to the garage to get my keys and leave because there was no movement. The Rep said I was next and mechanic had the keys.So I stood by the car waiting for mechanic since he was coming to get the car. 15 minutes later..no mechanic and I notice that the employees were beginning to eat their lunches. I told the get my keys I am leaving.I was given my keys. I was not given an apology or an I'm sorry nothing except a nasty look.

We were not very happy with the response we received from this company, as my husband depends on his truck for work and three to four days just to bring it in without being offered a rental car was too much. We took it over to another dealer who fit us right in. We will not use this company again unless we have to.

THE CAR WAS FINISHED WITHIN A COUPLE OF WEEKS AFTER THEY RECEIVED IT. THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB ON THE CAR. I CALLED TO ASK HOW THE PROGRESS WAS GOING ON THE CAR AND THEY DID NOT MIND ME CALLING.
