Mike and his crew did a good job. I've taken my car to Clements for oil changes too. I'm confident in the work they do. They are always pleasant and professional. I also like that they don't try to upsell you on a bunch of off the wall repairs like car dealerships do.

Trunk support spring broke. New one cost over $100. Clements found one from a salvage yard for $35. Labor was $85. Has worked fine ever since. Also replaced power window motor - $185 part plus $110 labor. Service is always timely with accurate estimates.



Another example - car wouldn't start with smart key. They not only fixed it for $60, but wrote out instructions on the process to get the anti-theft system to re-learn the key in case it ever happened again!



Mechanics at the shop are ASE certified. We have used them for over 40years. He has found time to fit us in for emergencies when needed. Most people don't know that Jerry is a former professional race car mechanic who finally got tired of all the travel. He has incredible knowledge. There aren't many people around who were mechanics for Indy car, CanAm/ TransAm and other race teams. If you own a valuable classic, get it to Clement's if you want it to run right.

I have used them a couple of times and I thought that they were honest and that they did good work. I thought that their pricing was an honest amount. The staff was excellent. It was not hard getting scheduled in with them. They had my vehicle ready at an efficient time. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

We were finding antifreeze and a bit of oil under the car daily. We took the car to an independent mechanic who cleaned the engine compartment, ran the engine for 1/2 hour, and inspected for leaks but could not find the cause of the problem. We took the vehicle to Clements and they diagnosed the cause of the leak to be a cracked engine oil cooler. They also discovered that the break pads were quite thin, and asked if we would like for them to be replaced (we said yes). They ordered parts and installed them. When we came to pick up the car, we were shown one of the old brake pads and it looked pretty thin to me. They seemed friendly, courteous and knowledgeable on the phone and in person. I appreciated that they looked for other problems besides the one for which we requested service. BTW, we had been told by our previous mechanic that we should replace the brake pads before too long. I can't comment on the price because I didn't get other estimates. What a relief to look under the car now and see a clean garage floor!
