The initial appointment for the water quality testing went excellent. Victor from Culligan returned my call, left me his cell phone number for me to call directly, set up the appointment and arrived promptly with no problem. He was polite and easy going, did thorough testing on my system and explained all about how my system worked. He told me exactly what was wrong with my water and how to fix it. He'd make recommendations and tell me the pro's and con's of each option and let me pick. However, my good experiences with Culligan ended with Victor. I tried to set up regular salt and water delivery with them and my experiences with Tammy at the main office were horrible. I felt like I had to jump through hoops just to set up an appointment. After multiple attempts I finally got wise and called another company. In short, forget Culligan -- I'd go with Coastal Valley Water Systems instead.
