Very friendly, personable and professional. Doesn't mind me peeking over his shoulder as he works. Great at diagnosing problems. He is a must use.

Changed over to A/C on first hot day of the year but wasn't getting cold air. A couple of days later switched back to heating when nothing would work. Steve Charnas came out diagnosis the issue which ended up a bare wire in the thermostat wire going to the air conditioning unit that ended up frying the transformer. This could have taken most other companies forever to figure out. Steve had to do several tests but was very deliberate and methodical. No wasted time scratching heads here. Final cost was very inexpensive for all the time spent. Ver pleased.
