The oil light in my car went on and since I was leaving for Indy in 2 days I decided I'd better take care of it.  I usually go elsewhere for my oil change, but since I had a coupon from Brown's, I decided to use .  After the oil change, I was told that  while they were inspecting under the hood, they noticed a crack in my radiator and that most of the liquid had leaked out.  They offered to take me in the garage and show me.  I declined.  I've been to Brown's before and trust them completely.  I told them I was leaving for Indy and needed this taken care of asap.  It was a Fri., but they called somewhere for the radiator and by the end of the day, the car was fixed and ready to go.  One of their employees drove me back to my house and then picked me up again when the car was fixed. I was able to make my trip to Indy.

I called to get a price for turning my rotors thinking I had problems with my brakes and would fix it myself. Todd ask me why I thought it was a brake problem. And after I explained what was happening he said why don't you bring it buy so we can look at it. They found it was not the brakes but the front bearing hub? They had the part and replaced it and had me back on the road in a short time. The price was fair and in the long run saved me a lot of time and money.

I received a good product, the service was good and quick and the price was competitive.  I will continue to use Brown for my tire needs.

I have been using them for years, however on my last visit was the least happy I have ever been.  They charged me for two hours worth of troubleshooting then they did not find the problem.  I ended up finding the problem on my own by searching the internet.  I finally insisted that they refund some of my money and they refunded an hours worth.

When they do repairs, they do excellent work and the prices are fair.  I will continue to use them for certain things but not troubleshooting.

They are honest and the quality of service was excellent. They were punctual, responsive, and professional. I would use this company again.

They wanted to replace the hose for $100.00 I told them no way would I pay a hundred bucks for a 10 minute job. They started to back peddel a lot and explained that he needed to look at it to get a better estimate.....hmmmm I will bet that they would have taken the hundred without question. I wonder what they would have done if the job would have been 10 hours.......they knew how easy it was and tried to take advantage of me PLAIN and SIMPLE. I will NEVER go back.

They're the kind of people that won't sell you tires if you don't need them. They are honest and the work that they do is great!

I have always been very satisfied with the work this mechanic does. This time out I needed a complete set of new brakes and they completed this within the time they said they would. They are always very polite and answer all the questions I have promptly. I don't remember the price this cost me but I know their rates are excellent.

I dropped of my vehicle and they called me when it was done. The price was right. This place is not very personal though, which is fine. They just do the work and do it well. The one thing about this company is that they never comment on other work that may need to be done. I kind of like that because it makes me feel like they are not trying to get more money out of me.

Done when said they would and did a good job. Price was very reasonable.

I felt that the service was very good and I know that the tires will last me. I felt that the price was a little over what I should pay or what I would pay somewhere else in town. I felt that they should have kept the appointment time that they gave me and had the work completed in a good amount of time.
