Had new window installed and the previous blinds did not fit. Owner of the business came out, performed the measurements and showed samples of blinds available. Paid 1/2 of total bill as down payment and blinds ordered. They did take about 5 weeks to arrive but as soon as they were received by store, the owner came out within 2 days and did a great job of installation. He was quick and knew exactly what he was doing.
