It was good. I did have two issues with them. They were great except they did not break down the materials versus labor so I got one lump sum of cost. I had a problem with it then and still have a problem with. I had to call back and ask what kind of material they were using on my countertps. They were nice people, did great work, and if there was a problem they took care of it. The salesman had a problem and an attitude when I started asking questions.  I think they were a little pricey.  They were very punctual.

First time out installed tub and walls in 8 hrs.after 2 weeks walls started to losen up,came back out and used roller tool to press wall back.After a few days wall losen up again,came back out screwed original wall to the dry wall then installed a new wall over the old one.not perfect but better than before.Suppose to come back out and finish corners around window,and address the scratch on my bathroom door. Called twice still waiting for return call.

Contacted Greg Evanatz from Lowe's in Merrillville for an estimate for new fence. Greg contacted Stacy who did the work. He and Kevin were very professional, polite and did everything I wanted done.The fence is beautiful and sturdy.

They did an excellent job. They were on time and on budget. They were clean and did a very good job. He came and did it in a day and a half. I told him that I am an early riser and he said he could even come earlier tomorrow because he came right at 8:00 o’clock when they had scheduled. The next day he came at 7:00 o’clock. He cleaned up everything. He did quality work and he used quality material. I was very happy with their service. I was little sceptical because when I looked into them, in Florida and some other places their franchisees did not get very good marks but I spoke to them in person and I thought I would take a chance. They did very good work. In terms of price, I expected to pay about that much so that was a big surprise when he quoted me that amount. The quality of service, responsiveness and punctuality was very good. I would use their services again in the future. I would recommend them to anybody who needs to remodel their bathroom.    

I visited Bathfitters showroom as well as another bathroom re-modeler. I wanted to get only a tub liner. Bathfitters was the only one who could do that. I talked to a salesman there and took brochure and went home. I called the following week and asked to get an estimate. I was able to get an appointment quickly for him to come to the house. The estimator was very polite and helpful. He had samples and pictures of what would work. He took all the measurements  and quoted the price. Because of the age and previous work done on the house we were a bit limited, but I was able to get what I needed, which was a new liner.
When the liner came in they called and set up an appointment when I wanted.
The installation was about half a day. You do need to wait 24 hours after installation to allow the caulk to cure. I did find a leak from the drain later. Bathfitters was quick to make it right. They really seemed to care about doing everything right.

The salesman/estimator that came to our house was friendly and very helpful. He was honest about what they could and could not do. It only took a couple of weeks to get our order in and they called to schedule the installation. Our installer did a perfect job. He paid attention to every detail and cleaned up when he was finished. We are very happy with the whole process and especially the end result.

It went awful. When the liner was first installed it leaked into the basement. It also started to pull away from the wall. A man from the company came out and tightened the leaky drain and gave us a tube of stuff so we could repair the wall surround. When he tightened up the drain it caused a bubble in the tub by the drain. It sounds like there is water or some other fluid in between the tub and liner. It is a very poor fit. The man who came out said that we needed a mold made of our tub and there was nobody in the company here that could make a mold of our tub. He stated that the school for it was in Canada and the company hadn't sent anybody to the school and they would contact us when somebody had been trained. This was in 2002. Since then the soap holder has also fell off. I have phoned the company a few times and got no response. I asked for my original photos and measurements back so I could use a different co. No response. I am glad I only paid the down payment.
