After being paid $380 cash for "services", no invoice provided and no response when one was requested multiple times along with questions regarding work. No response to calls or emails except to say I will get back & to check spam folder for response. NO responses or invoice ever received. Removed AMD cards from computers and left them on desk with no explanation as to why. Business card had no email, and calls to number on card were not returned. Boasted knowledge and work skills, yet communication and follow up non-existent. Possibly just too busy, with all of his contracts. Not our idea of IT service. Still looking for regular IT pro.

He is always prompt, his prices are reasonable, and he's personable. His price is per hour. A nice trait about him is he lets me know when an hour is almost up so that I can decide whether or not I'd like him to keep working.

THEY TRIED TO EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT THEY WERE DOING TO MY COMPUTER AS THEY WERE WORKING. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE QUICKLY AND AS FAR AS I COULD TELL EFFECTIVELY.
