All members of this company that I interacted with, including the estimator, installers, office personnel, were professional and very courteous. Soon after my call, an estimator visited me in my home to view and measure each window with broken seals. He prepared an estimate for me (which I accepted) to replace just the glass in each window; another gentleman arrived about a week later to measure my skylight window. When the glass arrived about six weeks later, I received a call from them to schedule installation. The two gentlemen arrived exactly on time for that date and took about two hours to install the four windows, including the skylight, which needed to be carefully sealed. I was pleased with all their efforts and have recommended this company to interested friends.

When they came to do the repair the people who actually put the panes together, one of the panes actually had the grid wrong.  The installed the incorrect pane so at least I'd have a solid barrier, but they had to have me reschedule them a couple weeks later.  They were very professional, very kind and apologetic which is very good.  I would use them again.
