Appliance Repair
Very poorly so far. I am not optimistic if we cannot even connect with someone to schedule a repair after two days. Dryer was purchased at GREgg, and they have taken.no action to help even though we have been loyal customers for over 30 years.

Appliance Repair
We have been back and forth with Samsung. They do not back their products. I have made literally 27 phone calls. I bought it in February of 2013 and it has gone out 5 times now. I feel I get jerked around talking to a variety of people. I do not feel they have good customer service.
