I am not sure if I am going to use them again. They could improve on their responsiveness. Their response was delayed. It was very late. After we decided on the work and the job to be done, they were not responding to mails and forms and delaying the date of work. They finally came in after repeated e-mails. The work was good though.

Mulch looked nice but virtually all of our annuals were trampled and covered.  Most had to be replaced.  
Triming - some bushes looked OK, some were not done well and one, our largest, was never trimmed.
We have been unable to get the contractor back to finish the project as it was originally agreed to.   Thus far, he has been unresponsive.  We have paid him for the services completed but have withheld the full amount until the trimming has been completed.

Overall, it went alright. They showed up an hour earlier than scheduled, which was good. They checked out the irrigation system, and troubleshot a few valve issues. They knew where to look and how to test, and successfully identified a suspected component, which needs replaced. Very good so far.
The lingering problem is with no response at all to repeated followup emails about finishing the job. If they improve their customer communication and responsiveness, they'd fare much better in the reviews. Hope they do so,

Outdoor Specialists had subs come out and do the work, which was a terrible job.  Called owner and he said he would come take a look, which he did and agreed to come back the next day and fix the plantings.  He asked if I would leave a check for him and being considerate, I left a check.  The next day, no work done in the yard, but the check was picked up.  Tried calling the next three days and got no response.  Finally, did the work ourselves.  Talked with the bank and the check was cashed early the day it was left.
What a classic loser who should not be allowed to have a business.  He sounds like a nice guy who is knowledgeable, but this business practice should not be allowed.....don't use Outdoor Specialist.

I received a flyer in my mailbox about an aeration special. Contacted the number on the flyer and got a call back the following day. They were able to schedule me for the following week and everything went as planned. They did ask me to flag our irrigation system and they scheduled someone to come and mark utilities prior to aerating the lawn. I have inquired about additional services, but have not utilized any other services from them yet.

They came to aerate (later than the date they originally said they would come).  However, after a couple more days of not hearing from them about the overseeding, we called and left several voicemails.  We also tried to contact them through their website.  We never received any response.  They finally sent someone out to complete the job- with no notice or a return phone call.  The work they did was find, but customer service was non-existent.  We will not use again or recommend to anyone.
