I got his name from a friend and he built a 16 by 32 deck and 16 by 16 gazebo in the back of our house. He did an excellent job but it's a little pricey. He brought a crew with all the tools that is needed. They get it done on time and finished it up.

Took a down payment and never came when he said he would. I had to call after two weeks to see when he was coming but most of the time he never came until I called again. Gave him $1000 on March 1st (Thursday) and he said he would be here Mon the 5th never came. I called him Wed 7th said he would be here next day, never go here til Fri 9th paid him the $1000 bal on the pergola. April 20th gave him $400 of the $500 to do stepping stones and sod work, saying he knew how to lay stone and sod. Was to do job Mon 23rd never came called him Wed 25th was coming Thurs. 26th never came. Many phone calls later job finally done 17th of May. I have found nails sticking out and decorative cross sections loose on the pergola. Used play sand to set stepping stone, no bender board to keep sand out of the grass and most of the stepping stone not level. The sod was't leveled and when I took it all up he had sod on top of sod, the area was 6' X 4'. Also, I tried leveling some of the stepping stone. I never paid him the $100 due since some of the work had to be re-done.
