Great. Orlando was behind on time but everything went great.

My A/C unit went out this pass weekend.... I called Mr Quick service tech out.... He was on time. He looked at my outside A/C unit and found that the capacitor was faulty... Gave me a quote of $495 to repair.... I declined the repair because I know that the part was a $20 part and the rest was for a 5 year warranty.... I could have bought that part new each year for 5 years and only send $100... I paid the $75.95 service for showing up... But that is outrageous to change this amount for a $20 part and a 3 minute installation.

We discovered the a/c wasn't working at 3pm. I called Mr. Quik immediately and a technician was at our house by 7pm. Mike Thomas  was the technician. He diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced the dual capacitor. He described to us what was wrong and what was needed to fix it. By the time he left at 8pm the house was cooling off. He was pleasant and professional. He made sure we were instructed. He even went the extra step to set up an appointment for our annual a/c inspection for the following Mon.

While we've used them before for our furnace and had a positive experience with them for that, regarding the garbage disposal they were unwilling to provided a set price or ballpark estimate and it ended up being $150-$200 more than different providers.  Their pricing schedule is very high.  We will use them just for their maintenance program in the future but not for any repairs.

I know they don't have the best reviews, but I have  been very happy with them.  I've used them and I hae been very happy with them.  I am very happy.  They explain everything to me.  I follow them around and ask them questions.  I have really liked them.

Very professional, was on time, appeared to know exactly what  to do and did it  very timely.

The work should be completed for 1 or 2 days and it took them about 7 weeks to make the work done. We made multiple phone calls to make them even respond. They finished the work for 6-8 weeks and left a hole in my driveway. They were out within two days to fix the problem but they continually try to do up sell it, sort of things that I just think we didn't need. They also came here multiple times to fix it.
