CARRIE WAS AMAZING!
Everything was done over the phone or email and was very smooth and painless. Planning a disney vacation can be overwhelming as there are so many tricks to getting a good deal, knowing what time of year to go, and navigating what kind of tickets we will need. Disney has a lot of options. I hadn't been to Disney in years and by going to their website to start planning I got overwhelmed.
Through Mouse Counselors, Carrie was able to get us a better rate on tickets and hotel accommodations than I was able to find by going through the Disney website. This service is basically a high end concierge for FREE! I couldn't believe it. I spent a little time emailing what I thought my families needs were and through Carrie's vast knowledge and personal experience of going to Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, she suggested a few options that made my life so much easier. From the moment we landed in Orlando, everything was in place and went just as Carrie had told me it would good. My family had a wonderful time and we were able to experience so much more than we would have had I just booked the vacation myself.
