It was a disaster. I sent my wife, kids and dog back to Nebraska and basically loaded up my house so they could work on the floors. We had agreed on a price and time frame and even took time off work. They just never showed up. They were supposed to show up and it was supposed to be like a 4 or 5 day process. I took off the entire week for them to do it. They were supposed to show up on a Thursday or Friday at 9 a.m. and I was all set up but nobody showed up. At. noon I called and couldn't get hold of anybody. Saturday came around and I called again and got an answering machine. On Sunday I finally got through to the head contractor and was told it was Sunday. He said he was home with his family and was not going to talk business and hung up on me. Anyway, throughout that week that I was off I called basically four or five times a day and everyday I had called there would be a different person who apparently had just started. She didn't know anyone and she doesn't know where things are at. She is like, "I don't know. I'm new. I'll have to call you back" And they never called back. So then I would call again and get another girl and the same thing. It was a complete disaster. I document all the stuff. So I documented the person I talked to, what time I talked to and what the conversation was about. I finally got down to the point where I started looking around trying to find the person who owned the company. Finally I was able to get through and talk to this guy and he was like, "Oh I'm so sorry about what's going on. I'll see if there is a way I could remedy this. Are you home on Saturday?" I'm like, "Yeah. I'm home on Saturday" He said, " I'd like to come by and sit down and talk to you how we can fix it." I'm like, "Awesome" So he set up a time. Saturday came around and he never showed up.
