Diamond Bright

At first, it was great enough I wrote a positive review. After a month, poorly. Jessica put things in weird, unsanitary places when there was no need to- she put the garbage can in the dishpan, my contact lens case in the dog dish; every week there was some 'surprise' like that for me to discover. She'd bring her own cleaning supplies, but her bucket bleached my carpet. She started bring her daughter with, which was fine, just strange that someone would bring their daughter to work with them. Later I realized it was because the only time Jessica would do the entire amount of work I asked her to in the kitchen (clean the counters, sinks and back splash, stove top and wipe the cabinet doors) she wouldn't wipe the cabinet doors unless I sat in the dining room where I could see into the kitchen to watch her. When I went away on vacation, I told her she wouldn't be needed for the duration; I didn't want to have her back, but didn't know how to tell her that. I discovered my family friend's daughter had started her own cleaning business, so I emailed her to tell her I wouldn't be using her anymore, and asked her to return my key, which she never did.

They did such an excellent job, far exceeded expectations!
