I know that this review is late but people need to know about this company.
Mike came out and gave us an estimate and when he found out what the other companies had quoted us he came in with the lowest cost.  We agreed upon a start date and signed the contract. He also signed a contract with our neighbor that we share a fence with. they would tear down their old fence the day before they new one was to be installed to save on the labor. they waited til the day before becasue they have 3 Great Danes and having the fence down for a long period of time was not an option.
Monday arives and we are waiting on the crew to show. Nothing. no one called no  one showed up. We played phone tag with Mike for 3 weeks!! He said there had been too much rain ( we had only one day of light rain) then said that his crew was there and they werent. Once the 2 guys showed up, 2!, my husband mentioned that we really needed to get the fence up and had been waiting for 3 weeks. they told him that we werent even on the schedule till a few days beforehand.
What should have taken  ( as quoted) 3 days took over 2 weeks to intall , not including the 3 weeks we waited to even start. The guys said that the ground was too hard and it took too long to drill the post holes. once the posts were in the stringers went up and were all crooked. i was told not to worry about it, that i wouldnt be able to see it. wrong. the boards went up and were to go as closeto the ground as possible but be even on top. all the boards were cut to the same length do either they were wayto short and left a huge gap at the bottom or the fence line dipped.
the gates were so poorly made and did not have any cross bracing, with in a year we had to square them up and all the hinges needed to be replaced since the gates were to heavy for the small hinge. 5 years out and every gate needs to be replaced since it doesnt latch and our dogs can just push open. we have had to add addiional locks at the bottom since they all sag so much the dogs can easily get out. We have a large double gate that i had been assured would nt be an issue and could be done. the post is not secured to the house and has twisted over time under the weight of the gate and no longer latches.
Most than half the stringers are so warped we will have to take sections of the fence down and replace the entire section. the pickets were supposed to be an inch apart, and some sections its 2 to 3 inches.
After coming home and seeing all the major issues my husband called Mike and left several messages. We never heard from him again.
It makes me sick about the amount of money we spend on such a crap job. we could have done the same thing ourselves and it would have turned out better.
