We previously used this company to troubleshoot a washing machine malfunction. We were so pleased with the expert level of service, the prompt service call appointment, and Nick Brames' (the owner/technician) courteous attention to leaving a clean work area after repairing the appliance, that we will now use no one else! During this latest appointment, our clothes dryer vent needed cleaning. Also seeing that the dryer's position had walked a bit during frequent operation and vibrations, Nick repositioned the dryer for optimal air flow, reducing the future build up of lint which would become a fire hazard. A final and quick preventative check up found our dryer to be operating well otherwise.
One last comment ... we could not be at home when the service was completed, but we would trust Nick and his A Plus Appliance Solutions, LLC, in our home anytime. If anyone finds it difficult to find a trustworthy repair technician, then Nick is your guy!
