He was a couple of hours late..it was raining early in the day so I expected a delay but a call letting me know about what time he was going to show up would have been nice.
He actually did a good job cleaning the vinyl siding but his cleaning solution took the paint off of metal casings around all my windows. I have had my house pressure washed before and that never happened. I will have to get those repainted. When I did talk to Nick, he did offer to pay for the paint and labor and to send him the invoice. I am having to arrange to get that done so hopefully he will honor that.
In addition, and this is partly my fault, I should have asked about what he was using to clean the siding. It smelled like bleach afterwards but the consequence of that was a couple of my plants have died. I should have covered the plants before he pressured wash the house. Again, it would have been nice if he had said something knowing that his cleaning agents were toxic to plants.
December 2015 update: I am very pleased to report that Nick did honor his offer to pay for paint and labor for my window casings. This simply may have been a fluke issue so I would recommend using him again.
