The Cleaning People

I had The Cleaning People do a construction clean for a house we had remodeled. I left a phone message and a Facebook message. I heard back from Holly the next afternoon. The price was reasonable and included windows if I removed the screens, so I scheduled the clean. On the day of the cleaning, the girls were 2 hours late. No one called to tell me they'd be late. I called them. There were four or five girls who came to clean. I left and they finished in about an hour and a half. When I returned I noticed that the floor wasn't clean. It's a laminate floor and they were rag mopping it, which is not right. When I mentioned that it was dirty still they made an excuse about how it wouldn't come clean. The master bath tub was still dirty, another excuse. They hadn't done the windows, but agreed to do them since that's what I had been told. Unfortunately they were streaked when they finished. I cleaned the tub and mopped the floor myself, which magically became clean when I used the proper tools. I did have them come back and redo the windows and mirrors. I also realized after they had left that they hadn't cleaned the tops of the cabinets or the top cabinet doors, so they cleaned those while they were there. I would not recommend them.

We were very happy with their service. Holly and Troy (owners) are very personable and attentive to detail. We had to terminate our relationship due to other financial priorities with our family but have their number to call when we are ready. We would recommend The Cleaning People!

We contacted The Cleaning People with a quick reply and very professional.  Our family was leaving for the weekend and didn't have time to get thing cleaned up from a busy week.  I like that you can chose specific thing (areas) to focus on, as well as, things not to do.  They were on time and went straight to work.  They were so detailed we also had them do our Windows (boy they needed it).  Holly's team cleaned both sides the track and seal.  Thanks again Holly and team.
