We were very impressed with Michael. His years of computer experience were evident but he never made us feel "stupid". His manner was pleasant and attentive and stuck to the tasks at hand. His charge for that evening was very reasonable; $65.00 for the visit and $135 for 2.5 hours of actual work with us and the computer. He recommended a good printer at a reasonable price as well as a computer backup battery surge protector. I visited his shop the following Saturday and found it neat and well organized and our order waiting. He gave me detailed instructions on how to get both up and running and encouraged me to call if I had any issues.

I was extremely satisfied with the services he provided. He stands by the work he does and will come back out to fix any problems or correct anything. He was very punctual and kept me informed about the work he was doing. His prices are extremely good. I would definitely use him again and recommend his work to others.
