Called Reliable Restoration for a hole in the roof of my shed. They came out the same day to estimate. Pricing was more affordable than I anticipated! The next day they came out and had it fixed up good as new. This company is on the ball and I would totally recommend them to friends and neighbors!

Josh Patterson came to the home and inspected the roof and gutters and determined that we had damage. He told us that he would be glad to return when our insurance adjuster came to inspect and show him the areas that he deemed to be damaged. He arrived as promised, the insurance adjuster agreed that we had damage, Josh explained his contract  and we waited for  dry day to start the work.  Josh and his crew arrived around 8AM they covered all shrubs with tarps, they placed protective screen over the overhead garage door, they backed a very large trailer into the drive way and began the tear off of the roof. All of the old roof was dropped into the trailer. Very little came off the house in other areas and when it did, someone was their to pick it up. By 7PM that night, we had a new roof. A few days later the gutter crew came, removed old gutters and installed the new gutters. When we received the final check from our insurance company we paid Josh the balance owed and all was back to normal. Josh Patterson is the owner of this company and is a person who takes pride in his work and is sincerely interested in making his customers happy.  I highly recommend this company.

Josh did such a great job with our roof in the fall so we hired him back for a larger remodeling project at our families lake house basement.  Josh added on a bedroom (drywall, paint, ceiling, closet), bathroom (tile floor, paint, new toilet, completely had to re-pipe downstairs plumbing, shower), some additional electrical work (hung lights and ceiling fans), and even fixed a portion of our deck/dock.  After everything was finished he cleaned up everything and even took the time to rehang some shelves in our storage area for me.  Josh specializes in restoration and does beautiful work and had some great ideas for our house.  He helped me pick out the tile and recommended some paint colors as well.  He was hands on from start to finish constantly checking in with us to make sure we were loving what he was doing.  He will now be "our guy" for every project!   

They were prompt, and did most of the job in one day. - only had to come out to the house early the next morning to finish off a few details.  Very polite, professional and patient.  I couldn't ask for a nicer crew of people.

I originally contacted Josh about a painting project at our family lake home. He was was going to stain/paint a huge deck project. He was great with the estimate and drove all the way to Sweetwater to look at the project. I had several estimates and he was the only one that gave me honest advice and told me I was wasting my money on what I had in mind. He walked me through different alternatives (non of which involved his services) and our family eventually went another direction. I appreciated his honesty so much I contacted him a few weeks later when our family home needed a new roof/gutters/siding due to storm damage. He has great pricing, honest as they come, and worked great with our Insurance company. Thanks Josh!

They did my parents roof a few years ago and ours recently and did a fantastic job! Our roof was almost done in one day!

I was very pleased with the professionalism and timing of the project. Doug was very polite, knowledgeable and humble. Loved his work and the manner in which it was delivered.

Doug was excellent. Assessment of needs was very through.

We were not living in the home at the time but waiting to move in, so I'm not sure about installation time etc. But Josh has come back the house to check on a leak with no problems. The leak was caused ny ice build up, not anything to do with his roofing. We are currently waiting on a gutter estimate from him.

Great overall experiance. A little over a year ago, Josh replaced the roof on my house, did some minor flashing repair, and replaced several screens. There was one hole in my siding and since the siding on my house was no longer in production, he was able to repair it in such a way that the damage is totally unnoticable. After moving, another hail storm, he replaced the roof on the second house and all the gutters and down spouts. On both houses, Josh worked with my insurance company quickly and efficently with no hold ups at all making that portion of the process extremely easy for me. His workers completed the job quickly, about a day and a half, and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I feel Josh went out of his way to explain the work being done, I'm not a contractor or a roofer, and all the paperwork being done. I absolutely would hire his company again!!

Reliable Restoration worked with us and the insurance company to make sure that we got what we needed. Our porch needed to be structurally repaired, and we really liked the individual who was subcontracted for this work. A different set of subcontractors were hired for roof replacement. Part of the roof from the garage needed replacement, and they did a nice job matching my old color with the new one. I requested that the roof on the porch be done in the same quality manner as it was previously done. However, I noticed that the subcontractors were not replacing the felt, and ice and water shield correctly. I addressed the situation with the foreman, and he said that it should be okay the way it was being currently installed. I had to reiterate that I needed the porch roof done correctly, and explained what needed to be done. I was discouraged that the workers did not appreciate what was being communicated to them. The previous ice and water shield was damaged during the removal of the old porch, and they insisted that it was fine, and that they will just place felt over. I had to once again tell them that the ice and water shield needed to be replaced since it had been damaged. After some discussion, they were then doing it the way I asked them, but at this point it was being placed in a sloppy manner. Ad different set of contractor came in for the siding, they did a good job matching the old color with the new one. The installation of the siding looked better than the old installation. I was impressed. They also replaced the fascia and soffit and it came out very well. Part of our gutters were also replaced and they did an excellent job matching them with my old gutters.
