PIECEMEALED JOB, INCLUDING INCREASING THE PRICE AFTER IT STARTED FOR THINGS THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN INCLUDED (PAINTING CEILINGS). SAID WOULD WORK STRAIGHT THROUGH TWO WEEKS AND THEN DIDNT. DIDNT START ON TIME.
