Todd & his team did a FANTASTIC job! Todd really understood what we needed and what our goals were to get the landscaping at the house fixed and cleaned up to list the house for sale. He moved and reused some of the existing plantings to save costs. Todd has a great eye for curb appeal! Two "Green" Thumbs Up!!

Todd created a nice design and did well on revisions to incorporate my preferences. I was impressed with his depth of knowledge. Once the plan was completed I had no other worries! He and his co-worker arrived as scheduled and worked very efficiently. There was a short delay due to a family members sudden illness and he communicated with me in a timely manner about this. He used quality equipment and methods. All waste was hauled away and the areas of construction were left clean and tidy. The quality of the mulch, trees and plants is excellent. He displayed a professional manner throughout the entire process. I hope to hire this landscape contractor again.

Todd was extremely professional throughout the entire landscape design process.  He even helped put us in contact with other companies he recommended to help us with a variety of other outdoor projects we were planning. He was always willing to spend extra time making sure we understood what he was planning and was good about sending pictures of plants once he realized that I knew nothing about plants/names. He worked hard to save us money where he could be reusing existing boulders and plants in different ways.  Landscaping turned out beautiful and I can't wait to see what it looks like throughout the year in the different seasons.  Landscaping lighting was also installed and it looks awesome!  I will be looking to hire him again to do our backyard in the future!

Excellent!  They were professional, honest, and performed great work.  We had them clear out all of our flowerbeds, reshape them, plant new bushes/flowers/trees and mulch the areas.  They also added 3 new areas of landscaping.  From the first contact, they were great to work with!  They started the job at 8:30 a.m. and were completely finished by 4:30 p.m.  We are very satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them to others!

Todd provided excellent advice and a design that was within our budget.  He helped us locate a tree removal service the was reasonable and thorough.   He left a very professional, clean installation that was completed even faster than we anticipated.   He helped with watering suggestions and was prompt in completing all work.

The only trouble we had was trying to get a response to our initial phone call to them; however, we did call at a peak time for them and I know they were very busy with other jobs. Once we decided to contract with Majestic, everything went like clockwork. The contract was promptly emailed and we sent in our deposit. An email was sent giving a starting date of the first week of May. We had a short vacation planned and I explained that I wanted to be here when the work was done. Todd was very gracious and understanding and a new date was set. Weather was somewhat of a factor, but they started as soon as they could. The work was done very efficiently and they cleaned up all debris at the end of each day....even took some branches away from some bushes that I had pruned myself over the weekend! It meant a lot to me that I did not have to mess with bundling the branches for the trash. In the original contract, we were going to have some stones removed from the edges of the flower beds, but a family friend came and got the stones before the work started. Todd adjusted the price agreed upon since they did not have to do the removal. We are very happy with the landscaping done and have spent the last few days adding flowers and hostas to the beds.

We recently moved into a new house that had a retaining wall around a pool that was failing.  The failing retaining wall was discovered during our home inspection.  Todd agreed to come look at this wall and provided a detailed quote explaining the needed repair that we then took to the seller's for additional negotiations.  The detailed letter he provided explaining the repair was very useful when the sellers tried to counter our requested repair with a low-bid offer that did not really solve the problem.  We ended up purchasing the home, at which point we again contacted Todd about the repair.  He was excellent at communicating the problem and potential solutions for repairing our retaining wall.  He was punctual and always kept us informed on the next step in the process.  He completed the work himself with one or two additional assistants.  He offered suggestions on landscaping other areas around the wall and gave us advice regarding our retaining wall around our lake that wasn't part of the current job.  The work quality was excellent and the wall now looks great.  We plan to use this company again for further landscaping and hardscaping projects around our home.  It was a very good experience.  Honest and hard working.

Todd Kirkham provided a comprehensive quote with several computer generated pictures of their proposed plants and their location.After we accepted his proposal he estimated 2 to 3 weeks before he could start which was agreeable to us.Todd and his co-worker cleaned out the entire area, and prepared the soil for planting. A few days later they planted all the plants, mulched the entire area and watered the plants.Todd and his co-worker worked hard, given the current high ambient temperatures, and completed the job. They did this in a professional way, and cleaned up the area. All in all, I am very pleased with their performance and I will recommend them to my friends and acquaintances in the area.

Update 5-15-2013 :

Three very small plants had died last summer, even though we watered all of them daily. Todd came out and promised to replace them if they did not recover. We reminded him about this, and he came out and replaced them with similar plants free of charge.

I spent $1600 to $1800 on their services may be.  I thought that they were very professional.  I thought their prices were reasonable as well.  They were quite thorough.  They were very creative and I didn’t have to help them at all.  I will use them again in the future if I need to.

They were professional and punctual.  After initial contact to discuss the problem they came up with a diagram for a plan to control the erosion.. After our approval of the plan they got started.  When they were done we were pleased with the results.

Todd is absolutely wonderful. He is prompt, professional, extremely helpful by offering ideas and suggestions. Best of all, he does exactly what he says he will do. I had very little idea of what I wanted as far as new landscaping in my front yard, I just knew I wanted something different. He did the entire design and it looks stunning! I could not be more pleased with the way it has turned out. I highly recommend Majestic Landscaping and will definitely use these guys again!
