KEVIN WAS VERY HELPFUL IN GIVING POINTERS ABOUT THE JOB. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH IDEAS ABOUT THE INSTALLATION. HE ALSO LET ME KNOW HOW TO AVOID SHIPPING CHARGES WHEN PURCHASING THE TILE. HE WAS VERY WILLING TO WORK EXTRA HOURS TO GET THE JOB DONE AND IS WILLING TO WORK SATURDAYS. THE WAY HE DID THE BORDER FOR THE KITCHEN AND FAMILY ROOM HIGHLIGHTS THE KITCHEN AND GIVES THE ILLUSION THAT IT IS RAISED. I HAD OLD CABINETRY REMOVED AND HE INSTALLED TILE UP THE WALL WHERE THE CABINETRY WAS. EVEN THOUGH THE WALL IS A DIFFERENT SURFACE, IT LOOKS AS THOUGH IT IS INSTALLED ON THE SAME SURFACE. IT IS EVEN AND VERY SMOOTH.
