The service was amazing. My air conditioner stopped working one evening when I was at a business dinner. I asked for references on Facebook and a friend recommended Dan. I called him the next morning and by the time I got home from work they had gone to my house, found out what was wrong, fixed it, and just left me a bill.

I am really split on this provider. I used them last year and they were wonderful - quick to come out, courteous, price was reasonable, etc. They are a small company and were recommended by a friend and I was very pleased. I have an older furnace and they were able to fix it without having to replace it and I was grateful. This year my furnace stopped working on an evening when the wind chill hit the single digits. I called the two main phone numbers I found (878-5792 and 878-9292) and both referred me to an emergency number 317-697-1797. I called the emergency number and got voice mail and left a message. This was between 9:30-10:00 pm. My call was not returned until 8am the next morning. They advertise emergency services, but they didn't return my call for 10 hours. When the call was returned, there was not even an apology for the slow return of my message. With the cold temperatures, I ended up getting the problem fixed elsewhere. I would not use this company again. They are not reliable. I will be using another company for service in the future. Although the work they did last year was good, I need a company that will answer the phone in case of an emergency, or at least return my call promptly.

We have had other people come over to fix the boiler. Although they got it to work temporarily, the never really fixed the problem. Not only did Dan fix the problem, he took it upon himself to stop by the house to flush the system again. He called and told us what he'd done (it's a rental and he contacted the tenants directly) and told us that he will check it again in the future and if he needs to flush it again, he will. We feel that Dan is the kind of person that, once he is aware of a problem, will not give up until it is fixed permanently, fixed right and at a price that we consider more than reasonable. There should be more people like Dan in the HVAC business !! If we have issues with any furnace, boiler, etc. in the future - we will definitely call Dan.

I am completely satisfied with this company. I called this morning and the owner, who was very courteous, was out at my house before noon. The work was done quickly and the price was very reasonably. I will definately use them again in the futuer for any heating or cooling problems.

I called Mr Vandeventer about a furnace that kept prematurely shutting down. This was the same problem that I had over a year ago. Mr Vandeventer was over late that afternoon, same day, and replaced the limit switch which had burnt out. The previous switch was in service for well over a year and was out of warranty. But, because he had replaced it previously, Mr Vandeventer did not charge me for the service call -- which would have cost more than the switch. He also completed a furnace inspection, cleaned and serviced the burner section.

Contracted completed the work on the date promised for the price quoted with no surprises.

WE CALLED ON SATURDAY AND HE CAME WITHIN THE HOUR. HE IS EXCELLENT.
