James was great. He met with me to walk thru my job request.  Then the paint crew arrived. He was flexible with my "add on" jobs.

Arrived on time, worked efficiently and quickly. They cleaned up after the installation. They were polite and friendly.

They came out the same day and installed a new one. They were prompt, nice, and professional. We have used them before and they always clean up well. The owner himself came out at nine in the morning to take a look. He then placed an order and returned that afternoon with another man to install it. We have no complaints with the service.

They installed it incorrectly and it went out. I was very happy with them but this is a new technology. Right before Christmas it went out and I didn't realize that they were not certified to do warranty work but they took care and sent somebody else out that was. When we found out the problem, it failed because they didn't install a condensation drain line and it filled up with water and damaged a gas valve. We ended up with about $500 worth of labor charges which we felt that they should cover because they didn't install it correctly. We discussed it with them on and off for a couple weeks and haggled with the company that actually did the work, and we were led to believe that they manufacturer was going to pay it. He said he was going to do right by us. We haven't heard from them since but hopefully they paid for it.

Fast, and on the money. The plumbers were very cautious.
