Within 45 minutes of calling the company and technician arrived. He went straight to work and was very pleasant.

Representative made an appointment for estimate and appeared promptly, providing a detailed explanation of work to be done. Work was approved. This was a custom-order, not a stock job. I gave 50% down. My two custom-made doors arrived, but the office staff failed to contact me or schedule replacement. I called my salesman who immediately responded and contacted the office, learned my two doors had arrived for a week and that someone made an error. My salesman scheduled delivery/install on the first available date. Staff arrived as scheduled and did an absolutely exemplary job!
