This was a horrible experience!
Asked for fence like neighbor's which has 3 cross members on each panel.  they only used two making the fence very weak.
Used the wrong sized nails so there are sharp nail points all over the inside of the fence so our pets get scratched and I scratch my shoulder on rusty nail tips nearly every time I mow the lawn.
I went outside to find they had cut ALL of the dog ears off the top of the fence!  (About an inch)  When I asked why Josh said "We think it looks better."  WHO CARES WHAT YOU THINK?!  Now we can't even buy standard replacement planks.  They went around with a sawsall and re-cut dog ears into the planks!
Dumped concrete powder in post holes but never added water or mixed concrete.
Provided two sets of door hardware and mounted one upside down because it was for the wrong type/side of door.  Easy to lift over lock providing NO security.
Use gates twice a month.  West gate dropped several inches on lock side making it impossible to lock properly in less than 3 months.
Told them we had a pet that would try to escape if he could see through the fence.  There were gaps in some of the planks big enough to stick my pointer finger through at the end of the job!  One expects the planks to shrink, but they were not tight to begin with.
The fence has not lasted.

The main point is that there was misleading info as far as what the owner does himself and what he sub contracts out. He did not supervise his sub contractors, which lead to mistakes later. We paid him in full for 3 areas that remain unfinished; the electrical, plumbing and siding. We have had to pay someone else to fix and finish the plumbing and we have had to re-do electrical mistakes ourselves that he never showed up to finish. Now we are seeking bids to finish the siding work that he was paid in full for. He will not take our phone calls and the only method which he will communicate is through text messaging and he will not set hard dates to come finish the work.
