They have always been receptive when I have needed them to come out. I don't have anything negative to say about them. They missed a couple of calls when they said they were going to be here.

Grade: F ... Repairman checked it and said upper element was bad. He replaced it but didn't even check lower element and quickly left and said it would take awhile to heat the water again...After some hours, it STILL didn't work. Found out it WAS the "lower" element that was bad!. Called them about it but it was going to cost me again for a service run!!.. I said forget it and had a friend help me replace it and he showed me how.. It was only a $10 part!.. It paid $120 to BSR and the guy didn't even fix it!.. NEVER AGAIN!!

They were wonderful. I called them on a weekend and I told them that it was not an emergency. They told me that they would come out if I wanted them to, but I told them that it was okay. I told them that I would wait till Monday and they gave me a discount when they came on Monday because I waited till Monday. I liked the fact that they were willing to come if I wanted them to. They were very responsive, punctual and professional. I would definitely use them again.

Very positive experience--was discussing problem over the phone and I was inquiring about a whole new system. Sales person on phone was very responsive and actually informed me of several repairs that could be performed prior to a whole new system being installed. I was uninformed purchaser and I could have easily been taken advantage of--turned out to be a simple repair.
