ARAB PEST CONTROL

The bait stations were untouched but the attic packs were all eaten. We haven't had a problem or heard any mice since about a week after he came, so problem solved, apparently!

We called several times to ask to speak with the manager but no one has returned the call nor responded to our questions. 

They came out and set traps, then we stopped using them when we didn't see any more mole activity. Overall, I thought they did a good job.

They preformed all their tasks but did so as quickly as they could without great care. For instance, if something was up against the house, say a hose reel box got accidently pushed up against it, they just sprayed around it instead of moving it. Their goal seemed to be to get in and out ASAP. This year I'm treating my home myself and having just as good of results. At least I hope! If you know anything about Carpenter Ants, they are very smart and will even cross high electrical lines to get into your roof.

I actually had to tell them what kind of ant it was, because they thought that the ants were pavement ants. When I explained how they looked, they did some special things to get rid of them actually. We?ve had problems with those ants every single year, and they took care of it finally. Even their manager came out to look at it and said that they?d come back if they need to. They did a good job. I liked that they decided to come up with some plan on how to get rid of them because they were a different type of ant. I thought that the price was good, because we had spent more money before to have the ant problem taken care of.

There is not a lot of interaction with these guys, but every time that we have dealt with them they were great. I am always pleased with the service and we have been using them for awhile now. They are always on schedule and professional.
