MGR IMPROVEMENTS

It went very well. The quality of work is great and Mark is very pleasant and professional to work with. We would recommend him to our family and friends.

Mark came out and measured our door then placed the order, approximately 6 weeks later he came out and installed it. He was very professional and I felt comfortable leaving him in my house when I had to leave to run errands. finished the job, cleaned up and hauled away the debris all in one afternoon. The door is very good quality and we are happy with it. We would gladly use this company again in the future!

Do use Mark if you want a good window installed at a great price in an excellent way!

Don't use Mark if you want to go with an alternate vendor like the scam artists called Unique Home Solutions. Don't even bother with Unique, they stink. It should be criminal how bad they rip people off.

I contacted Mark Reimer to get an estimate to replace our windows after seeing the work he did on the house next door to us. He came out right away and gave us an estimate after showing us our window choices. The windows were ordered and ready for installation just when he said they would be. Unfortunately, the weather was not cooperating! The following week, we got the weather we needed, and the installation took place. Mark was punctual, pleasant, and very efficient! I was very impressed with how clean he kept the work area and how quickly the windows went in. They are beautiful! Especially the bow window! I've already been recommending Mr. Reimer to everyone I can think of. I won't hesitate to use him again should we decide to do more windows in our kitchen.

Mark and his partner arrived on time every day. They worked very hard. They protected the carpet, etc. They cleaned up after themselves. Every question and concern was addressed honestly and accurately. They had to build an unanticipated shoring wall to provide appropriate support for the roof. They could have not done this necessary stop, as we were unaware there was an issue. But Mark is very professional, honest, and knowledgeable. He would not do a job that wasn't done right. We highly recommend him.
