It went well to begin with but over the past year we have noticed a lot of examples of poor craftsmanship.
Most of what you can't see was in the crawl space.
Water lines were not hung or attached properly.
Outdoor faucets were installed wrong and angled into the home.
Several faucets were not anchored properly to the home and are loose. 
The plastic water feed line from the sink to the ice maker is just laying on the dirt in the crawl space.
Bath sink was not anchored to the wall
Master bath tub has been improperly installed and loose on the floor.

He is just great.  Very professional. Responsive. Always gets back with you within 24 hours. I will only use him going forward!

K2 Plumbing showed up on time and after explaining what I needed done and where all the parts I had purchased were, they got straight to work. They completed cleaning out the trench and dug out the ends of the trench at the house and pole barn to install the water line and hydrant. I also asked the team to install a PVC conduit in the open trench for any future low voltage electrical needs. That was done quickly and Keith even gave me some pointers on how to easily prepare to pull lines through the conduit when I am ready to do that.
The water line and PVC conduit were installed and secured in a timely fashion and I'm very happy with the quality of the work.
The team offered to clean up and refill the trench but I completed that part myself.
K2 Plumbing will be at the top of my list if I ever need other plumbing work done around the house.

He was punctial once I was ready for him.  Keith's workmanship is very good.  He plans his strategy ahead and then moves forward.  He did not have to redo anywork due to poor planning.  He finished the work in one day as planned.  He is very fair on his payment terms.  I would recommend Keith to anyone who understand that you pay for what you get.  If you want it done right, you will not be disappointed with K2 Plumbing.  Small town service approach which I also appreciated.

He is fantastic. He is my go to plumber. He is very honest, extremely fair in pricing, the only downfall is that he is in high demand and it takes a while to get his service but he does such a great job that it is well worth the wait.

Very well. We had some problems with our no-name RO system at first. Keith did research and found the cause of the problem... some valve had failed (probably unrelated to his visit, but the timing made it look like it was something he did). Keith came out and replaced the valve at no extra charge. He really went the extra mile for us.
We had him replace a couple of hose spigots about 3 years ago, and that went well, too.
We would definately recommend Keith and K2 Plumbing.

Keith called ahead to inform me that the weather was delaying his arrival. When he arrived, he promptly surmised the work and informed me each step of the way what he was doing. He installed the part for the tub faucet in a short amount of time. While there, I explained that I had an expansion tank which I was unsure how to install. He explained he had what he needed with him to install it for me, and he did that as well, even though it was additional work that wasn't previously planned. His overall price was more than fair and reasonable for the work he performed. Excellent service.

Great service. The most remarkable thing is that he left absolutely NO mess behind, even though he had to cut though drywall. He also performed the work when promised, even though it was a nasty, rainy day.

They were fantastic. They're always dependable and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them to others. They get an A+.
