Great experience from start to finish.  Both companies were fantastic to work with. 

I took my rug into their store to be cleaned. There was a big stain on the rug that I wasn't sure would be able to be removed. The stain was old and had been there for a few months. The secretary assured me that the stain should be able to be removed and it was. When I went into the store to pick up my rug, I made an appointment to have carpet laid that I had previously purchased. The contractor was very professional and efficient and actually finished the job much faster than I would of thought. The carpet looks great and I've had no issues with it. I've seen bad carpet jobs before where the carpet isn't up against the wall like it should be or where you can see marks where 2 pieces of carpet line up. I don't have that problem after using Terre Haute Carpet at all. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

We purchased a great deal of carpet from a friend who was installing hardwood flooring. There was a lot of carpet so the company had to measure our home and attempt to piece together the best parts of the older carpet to make it work. They did a good job picking the nicest pieces the carpet looked brand new after it was installed. They were punctual and professional. However, you do have to watch their contracts. There was one portion of the carpet were a seam became visible and started pulling apart. When I went back to review the contract it read that they were not responsible for the seams.
