We requested to have our sewage and master bathroom looked at after discovering a sewer leak in our master bedroom. Plumbers came and gave a diagnosis, plan, and stated they would arrive again the next day to start the project. Plumbers NEVER showed! I called the office multiple times to get an update and was supposed to receive a call from manager. It has now been over 2 weeks with nothing from him, and yes I did call again myself. I had hip replacement and the company was also aware and made it seem like they would work hard to accommodate. Long story short, 3 weeks have passed in total with no phone call, plumbers return, or project started. Supreme needs to work on transparency, communication, time management, and loyalty to customer service. Highly disappointed by this experiences and will now not recommend to anyone who actually needs to get a project done

We had used this company before to install 2 bathroom faucets and fix a leak. Called and they were here the next day, got it fixed. The same guy that replaced the faucets was here. Really nice person. Will call them again.

Water heater went out. I normally do stuff like this myself or have a handyman do it, but just didn't have the time. I asked around a bit and got good feedback on Supreme. I let them know I was in a hurry, and had to go to work that evening. They came within two hours and had the new unit in within 4 hours. Very professional and courteous. The price was not cheap, but the workmanship was good, and they were able to squeeze me in on short notice.

On August 23, 2012, a technician came to our house to fix water around the furnace. He also added 3 pound of freon. I told him that our kitchen sink also needed to remounted to the countertop. He said to tell another department in his company. The total time he spent in my house was 2 hours.
On September 11, 2012, the technician returned with another technician to remount sink using wooden boards and changed warm-water faucet stem. The whole thing was done in less than half a hour. I told the technician that the air-conditioner did not cool
down normally. It took a long time to cool down by 1 degree (F). The technician checked (the pressure of) the air conditioning unit outside the house and checked coil inside. He told me that he could not find the problem and that he needed to come back when the weather was a bit cooler to check the pipe. I told him that we were worried that he would come back again and again and keep charging us without a diagnosis. He said that he wouldn't do so, until found the problem, and that was why we had not received a bill.
On September 21, 2012, the technician returned checking the pipe and took out the evaporator coil to check. He told me that he still cannot find the problem because both the pipe and the coil were working ok. He said that there must be a problem in one of the three
items: outside unit, pipe, and coil, but could not pinpoint which one. He asked to change a new coil. I said that because you cannot make sure what the problem was, I cannot agree to change it. He then put the coil back. I asked him that if a new coil were to replace, what the total cost for this entire repairing would be. He said that it would be over $1,000 including all labor hours and parts (including the price for the new coil). The technician also told me that if he were the person to have installed the air-conditioning unit, then he probably can find the problem and fixed it.
****** We received a bill from the company on October 1, 2012, which totaled $1,275. Because we felt that the charge was not reasonable, we called the company to ask for a itemized cost. We did not receive an itemized bill. Instead, another bill came two days later. This bill did not include any description at all, just one total amount of $1,275. This price did NOT include the part and labor of a new coil, because we did not agree to change it.
After I made a complaint to BBB, Supreme sent us a statement by adding limited break-downs by hand-writing, but it still does not tell us:
(1) the time the technician spent during each visit;
(2) how the 15 total hours of labor were counted;
(3) why the amount of freon was 11.25 lbs in the hand-writing but the statement only showed 3 lbs were added.
We therefore request that Supreme provides the following information:
1. A copy of work order (Supreme should have been provided to us a work order upon the day the work was completed);
2. A detailed description of repairing activities per hour and the names/number of technicians involved;
3. I was told by the technician, in person, that he cannot pinpoint which part of the system had a leak, outside unit, pipe, or
evaporator coil, but the statement said that and quot;found that the evaporator coil had freon leaks, ...and quot;.
We therefore request that Supreme provided proof that the evaporator coil was leaking.
4. I was told by the technician that he added 3 lbs of freon during his first visit, but in the hand-writing, Supreme said to have added
11.25 lbs to the system.
We therefore request that Supreme provided evidence of adding additional 8.25 lbs of freon.
We have recently sent a letter to Supreme to show how we intend to resolve the issue, but we have not received a response yet.

The last time someone from SUPREME HEATING and COOLING came out was in about October for general maintenance. They are very good. We've used SUPREME HEATING and COOLING for a long time. They have quite a few people work there, so it's not the same person who comes out every time. They are excellent. I don't know who much they charge but I don't care.

The crew arrived as scheduled and did the work as promised. The house is a tri-level, with the laundry room located on the bottom level at the front of the house. When the house was built the duct for the clothes dryer ran through the crawl space underneath the house and vented below the kitchen window. Cleaning the duct out was a real chore. They capped off the duct opening which ran underneath the house. They installed a pipe duct and cut through the wall and outside brick to vent the dryer just above ground level. The vent is hidden by shrubs. They also capped the vent outlet in the back of the house. They removed extra material, cleaned up the mess and made sure I was satisfied before they left.

Supreme Heating was recommended by the previous owner of my home. I found them to be nice and helpful, but more expensive than all of their competitors. When they raised their price for just a visit again - to $90 from 70, I was shocked. When I asked about this, they said they had to raise their prices due to the tremendous rise in gas prices. I commented that gas no longer was going for about $4 per gallon, but was down to $2 plus/gallon. I was told they were keeping their higher prices and gave me a long story about how they needed to pay for truck maintenance, gas, etc. I responded that so did all the other companies in town and they were still charging less. Neighbors corroborated my experience. So I switched to Hoosier Heating and they've been WONDERFUL! their prices are fair and they were very responsive when I suddenly had no AC in the middle of this summer's heat wave! (To be fair, I called Supreme Heating first as I was desparate; I realized that it was summertime and that we had some longterm terrible heat this year! But, Hossier responded more quickly and noted above, their price was far better and the man who came out was wonderful and went above and beyond explaining stuff to me and chcking out my system w/o extra charges. I'm sticking w/Hoosier from now on.

They always come out when they say they would. My interaction with them has always been really nice. They have always told me exactly what they would be doing before doing it. They have always been very punctual and have always done great work for me. My experience with them has always been good.
