My wife was home with them when they arrived and they walked down the job. She was Told the living room was larger than the 2 rooms requested so added extra money to clean the rooms desired. Did not clean to the walls, missed spots, tipped sofas just enough to make a few swipes not cleaning under them. It Did not smell clean when they were done. They never put any blocks under wood tables or chairs. Just set back down on wet floors. Never raked carpet, could see every foot print. I Called the man owner and he was very put out for me calling him. Since I called on the after hours number cause I did not want to hurt my wood furniture. He was very rude and really could care less with what his workers did. He expected us to take another day off of work to come back another day to put blocks under furniture. Stating he would not have them come back the same day. So, long story, but if you want to waste your money call this company in Terre Haute IN. they sure don’t care to make it right. Who knows if they even used soap. I could of made it smell better by using a rental and doing it myself, at least I would of cleaned all of the carpet and my wife wouldn’t had to hear the stories of the previous workers for this company fired that were on drugs.

Carpet cleaning was ok but I got charged for a service I did not request (Teflon) and when I called to discuss it with their office, the lady who booked my original service agreed that it was their error and promised to reimburse me $200. That never happened and subsequent calls and requests to be reimbursed have fallen on deaf ears. They have all kinds of excuses, plus were rude and argumentative.

I had them add on the stuff to help keep the dirt away. I am not sure what happened to them. After they left I saw little circles on my living room carpet that were in my carpeting. I don't know if the circles were from camel crickets that get in the rug or if was something they did and was beyond their capabilities. I had to have them back because a chair had some kind of film left. I am not sure what kind of cleaner they used. I called the guy that schedules and he had them come back a second time and do a couple of chairs in my dining room that were like that. Originally there were two guys there to do the work but only one guy came back the second time. They were respectful around my home.

They are excellent. They do an excellent job. They have a $99 special for 3 rooms at that time. They used to have 2 men come and they could move your furnitures and everything but now they've got just 1 man that comes so there's a limited amount of moving around furniture that he can do but they still do a really good job. They can get stains out. They even got blueberry pie stain out of my carpet. Sometimes they are late because they get caught up on hard jobs.

they came out and cleaned all the carpet. however, there were some spots that did not come clean, I had thm come back and redo, they still did not get the carpet clean.-- so I am thinking that the steam cleaning is ok if your carpets are not really dirty

We have a house for sale and everything was out so it made it easy to clean; however we had a couple places on carpet that were bad from where our dog laid. in our bedroom and a place of traffic to the closet in the guest room and also a path in front of the couch in living room. I was told that they were unable to clean those areas as they were worn places and tracking that could not come up! A couple days later I went back to the house and used a high traffic cleaner that I bought at the dollar store and sprayed and cleaned with a sponge mop and also use a damp cloth to clean the area and it came up and looks as good as the rest of the carpet, so tell me that they was unable to clean those areas!! I just don't think they wanted to put the effort out or they were inexperienced in their job. They were nice young men, but I just don't think they cared enough to put the extra effort into getting the stains out. I called Stanley Steemer and was told they would come back out to clean again. I figure since it is not going to cost me extra to have it gone over again, why not go ahead as I sure don't feel like they did a very good job to start with!! I am sorry, but after this I doubt that I would ever use them again.
I called and they came back out and redid the stained areas that I was not satisfied with. They were very professional and courteous young men. Happier with the service now. Thanks

They gave me a discount so it was a good price. They were punctual and they did a good job. They were not my first choice but they are good enough to use again.

They came just to do carpets but gave us a great deal on the duct cleaning. Did both jobs quickly.

Our experience with this company was great! We had the entire house cleaned prior to moving in for under $200. They went to our realtor's office to pick up the key and returned it with no problems. They did an excellent job and called with a report of how things went.

The technician, Rob, was very friendly and courteous, He did a great job getting an unknown stain from my carpet. In fact, i was satisfied with the initial results but he told me he could make it better and he DID! The house had a pleasant citrus scent when he was finished!

I rated the professionalism as a B only because of the water hose that dripped on my bamboo floors. He forwarned me that the hose might drip so I put down some towels to minimize it. It would have been nice if he'd had towels or waterproof protector to lay on the floors. I was concerned about the scratches the hoses might leave on my floors but i noticed no damage and the drip was not an issue with the towels.
