We use them for most of our pool repair and replacement work. As they have a fair number of employees, can usually get work done in a reasonable amount of time. Level of service provided does vary by which personnel come to look. One of the owners and several of the older guys are good and helpful and figured out heater problem quickly. On the other hand, not all personnel are so good. Our pool was in place when we purcused our home and when we first had work done they would give us very limited answers and we didn't know enough to ask for more detail. Even this Spring when we opened our pool, the guy in charge was not thoughtful about what he was doing. A couple of years ago we had an underground leak that took time to figure out and we ended up permanently closing off two of our returns. This Spring the guy who opened the pool saw that they were closed off (covered by liner) but proceeded to open the return from pump to that side as well. We didn't realize what happened until our water level dropped quickly when it shouldn't have. We quickly turned off pump so no water under pressure went in that direction. Senior guy came next day and solved problem so mistake could not be made again.
I think their level of work is at least as good or better as other comparable businesses around. But it greatly helps if you are informed, watch what they are doing, and ask lots of questions at the time.
On the plus side, as we have been good customers, they have come to our rescue as well. We have kept our pool open all winter some years and they came for emergency service when it was very cold
