Finally, after weeks of being in there, past they're estimated time, I told them to get out. They did refund money for what we had to finish. Paneling trim in basement was horrid.
Description of Work
They removed several containers of moister fine, however, they seem to sub contract various repairs out. There is where the trouble starts. Drug there feet and this being a business repair, it was crucial that they do work timely. Was not timely. Carpenter work was poor craftsmanship. Those workman who did work were sawing on new carpet with no cloth down. Sawdust had to have went into carpet.

Their communication was absolutely horrible. They are not there when they say they're going to be. They were not willing to do the work that was required for a quality job. They tried to push off some of the general contracting responsibilities onto my wife. We had to prepay the deductible before they started the work. I will not use them again in the future.
Description of Work
I used them for catastrophic water damage.
