Finally, after weeks of being in there, past they're estimated time, I told them to get out. They did refund money for what we had to finish.

Their communication was absolutely horrible. They are not there when they say they're going to be. They were not willing to do the work that was required for a quality job. They tried to push off some of the general contracting responsibilities onto my wife. We had to prepay the deductible before they started the work. I will not use them again in the future.
