Our builder used Scott's so I can't directly comment on price but what I can say is the owner was nice and so was sidekick Mike I think was his name, We had a home built and during construction we learned that our builder did not add the price of the basement in his bid so the house was put on hold. Scott's at this point had roughed in the trunk line and thought they may not be returning to finish because the project was on hold, that said two months later the builder resumes the project and everything is rolling along and I have roofing scrap covering all the vents in the house to stop objects from falling in during construction. After the drywall is complete I'm cleaning and decide to vacuum out the floor vents and what do I find...... Soda cans stuck in four vents (I supplied the drywall crew with drinks and they were not what was in the vents) so this leads me to believe just maybe Scott's might have an idea how they got inside. I also found trunk line smashed into a vent going into the floor covered (hidden by tape) and gaps in the trunk line. They also didn't leave two extra feet on the end of the trunk line for back pressure. The best part when they were finished the house had a terrible smell, with a little inspection Scott's plumbed the condensate drain into a septic line so it would suck sewer gas into the house each time the heat kicked on. They did return to add a condensate pump when I caught what they did, can you imagine the danger of what they did, sewer gas flowing over red hot heating coils...... The owner seemed like a good guy but luckily one of the other subs gave me a heads up on Scotts. And they have uniforms with another business name on them and that's also misleading.   In closing I do not recommended them in any way.

John removed the old unit. Upgraded connection to our furnace. The new unit was installed with a few days of purchase. If you ever have an issue, John is out right away. Our new system is working perfectly. I would gladly refer Scott's.

His name is John. We've used them several different times over the years. He is professional and usually on time. He is very reasonable and we haven't had any problems with them. They do what they say.
